How we handle your data.

Svadbi.mk is a marketplace connecting couples with wedding vendors in Macedonia. We collect the minimum data needed to operate, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you create an account, we receive your name and email address from Clerk, our authentication provider. When you send a quote request to a vendor, we collect the contact details and message you submit. When you list a business as a vendor, we collect the business information and photos you upload. We also collect anonymous usage data via Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no personal identifiers.
How we use it
Account data lets you sign in and manage your listing. Quote-request data is delivered to the vendor you contacted, with your email shown as the reply-to. Vendor listing data is shown publicly on the marketplace. We do not send marketing emails without consent.
Who we share it with
Clerk (authentication), Resend (transactional email delivery), Cloudinary (image hosting), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). All are reputable third-party processors with their own privacy commitments. We do not share data with advertisers.
Your rights
Under Macedonian law and the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@svadbi.mk and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also delete your own account from your profile menu — this removes all your data from our database.
Cookies
We use a session cookie from Clerk to keep you signed in. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design.
Changes to this policy
If we update this page materially, we'll change the date above and notify signed-in users by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
